About that iPhone Soundtrack…

Posted on: December 10, 2010

Hi everybody! It’s MasaKING at CAVE World.

First, thank you to all of our overseas fans for your responses on our “Dodonpachi Resurrection” user survey!

Let me take the opportunity to say thanks.

I mentioned in our last blog post that “we’ve got some stuff in store for you in December!”, and we’ve been very busy here as the year ends.

“So what is it?!”

Well, first!

We’ve kick-started our iPhone/iPod touch Soundtrack project, and will be releasing the Original Soundtrack for “Dodonpachi Resurrection” iPhone/iPod touch.

Unfortunately however, we have to apologize: we will only be selling this soundtrack at the CAVE matsuri event being held in Tokyo this December 26th.

I’m very sorry about that. (・_・);

Dodonpachi Resurrection is of course available worldwide as an iOS application, and we got a lot of enthusiastic responses about the soundtrack on our user survey from overseas players, so we are keeping that in mind.

We’re going to d-d-d-do our best to get the soundtrack to you one way or another, so please hold on for a bit.

For those who just can’t wait!
I hope you’ll enjoy this trailer!

The full release features 17 tracks of DDPR’s iPhone Mode as well as 4 bonus tracks.
Kenichi and Shoichiro entertained my nagging and put together the bonus songs, cramming 74 minutes into the disc.

We’re really trying to get this to you ASAP, so stay tuned!

We’ll have our second installment of “December announcements” ready next week, please look forward to that.

That’s it for now!
